Andres is a senior global marketing and management executive with extensive multicultural experience and a proven record of leading organizations through growth, transformation, and innovation. Skilled in developing and executing impactful brand strategies, driving digital and retail transformation, and fostering high-performing, entrepreneurial teams across diverse markets.
Most recently, as Vice President of Marketing – Global Partner Markets at Nike-Converse Inc., he led marketing strategy and execution across 43 countries, representing over 30% of Converse’s global EBIT. He also oversaw the launch of global digital, retail, and influencer programs—including the award-winning Converse All Stars community—recognized by Fast Company as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Brands. Andres has always been passionate about creating opportunities for visionary creators and advancing purpose-driven initiatives with a focus on sustainability. He developed and launched Converse Renew Labs in Australia. This innovation lab empowers ecopreneurs from around the world to share unique ideas and technologies that make the iconic Chuck Taylor more sustainable.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company in Brazil, China, and Hong Kong, directing integrated marketing for major global events including the FIFA World Cup 2014 and the Beijing Olympics 2008, and driving innovation in digital engagement and brand experience.
Andres holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Emory University.
