Jorge is a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in refrigeration, with over 15 years of expertise in designing and developing energy-efficient and sustainable refrigeration systems. His proficiency in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been instrumental in advancing innovative and environmentally responsible cooling solutions.
As the co-founder of INDAFRE SAS and Cold Manufacturing SAS, he has played a key role in shaping sustainable cold chain solutions for last-mile logistics. INDAFRE SAS has been recognized for its contributions to sustainable cooling, including participation in the IFC’s TechEmerge Sustainable Cooling program.
Throughout his career, Jorge has actively collaborated on projects aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact, particularly within Colombian white goods manufacturing companies such as Industrias HACEB and CHALLENGER.
